Pega Developer

📌 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, and support mission-critical Pega PRPC applications for a US Treasury program. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience and a solid understanding of Pega best practices and guardrails.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega PRPC applications using Pega best practices

• Build and maintain case management workflows, UI components, and business rules

• Develop data pages, activities, decision tables, and flow actions

• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP services

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

• Ensure compliance with security and Treasury standards

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Active Treasury Clearance (Required)

• 6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on Pega development

• Strong experience with Pega PRPC 7.x / 8.x

• Experience with Case Management and UI development

• Knowledge of Pega Guardrails and Best Practices

• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, file-based)

• Pega CSA or CSSA certification

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Experience working on government or federal projects

• Exposure to performance tuning and production support

• Agile/Scrum experience
