Senior AWS Integration Developer

Location: Raritan, NJ (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months+

Role Overview

The Senior AWS Integration Developer provides technical leadership for AWSbased integration solutions. This role contributes to the Integration Center of Excellence (CoE) by defining standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices, while remaining handson in delivering scalable, secure, and operationally robust AWS integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership on AWS integration services, patterns, and development best practices.
  • Establish and maintain reusable integration frameworks covering error handling, logging, retries, reprocessing, security, parameter management, and observability.
  • Design and build cloudnative integrations using AWS services including:
    • API Gateway, Step Functions, Lambda
    • SQS, SNS, EventBridge
    • Secrets Manager ,enterprise SSO via JnJ IdP and Other Integration Components
  • Create reusable templates and accelerators for AWS integration services, clearly defining supported integration patterns and components.
  • Operationalize frameworks and templates through active project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Capgemini offshore Platform Engineers to provision AWS services and access for development.
  • Support coordination with enterprise security teams and AWS platform administrators.
  • Mentor and support offshore AWS integration developers to ensure successful project delivery and close knowledge gaps.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong handson experience with AWS integration services and eventdriven architectures.
  • Proven ability to design reusable frameworks and enterprisegrade integration solutions.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, and SSO integration patterns.
  • Experience working with distributed/offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
