Job Title: Compensation Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager, Employee Programs to drive our strategic global benefits and mobility programs. This role is part of the Compensation and Employee Programs (CEP) team. This role involves strategic program management of our key benefits and mobility programs, overseeing operational aspects of our programs, and guiding our ways of working within Compensation and Employee Programs and the Talent Team.
In this role you will:
· Lead the program management of key strategic benefits and mobility projects through clear communication, organization, first-principles thinking, strategic planning, and connecting the dots across our regional and global teams as well as CEP and Talent.
· Oversee key operational drivers of the Employee Programs team, such as managing OpEx planning and updates, and prioritizing and scoping key Talent Tech-related projects.
· Partner closely with the Senior Manager and Director to develop the strategic cadence and content for offsites, team town halls, leadership syncs, and other events.
· Partner with necessary stakeholders for ongoing awareness of program/project updates and opportunities for collaboration.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and carry out the benefits and mobility program experience and measurements for effectiveness.
· Identify and recommend improvements related to the existing experience, designing for an inclusive and user-centric approach, and partnering with the Talent team.
What we are looking for:
· 6-10 years of experience managing Talent programs (global benefits and mobility programs) at scale is a plus, ideally in a Workday environment.
· Experience within a matrixed environment in project management or change management.
· Strong communication and engagement skills working in a highly cross-functional and collaborative environment.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a story with insights and trends.
· Passion for benefits and mobility.
· Ability to navigate ambiguity and be comfortable managing projects with some level of inconsistency.
· Experience in the entertainment or tech industry is a plus.
· Experience using Asana or other comparable project management tools.
