The Business Analyst will support the implementation of a new project management system (Microsoft Planner Premium) used to manage New Product Development (NPD) initiatives through the pipeline to market. The role focuses on capturing business & security requirements, mapping NPD processes, supporting governance and change control, and enabling adoption of the system across cross functional teams. The Consultant will also be tasked with working on data migration type projects as they implement a new informatic system.
The Business Analyst will work under the direction of stakeholders and collaborate with NPD, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure the system supports Stage Gate progression, pipeline visibility, compliance, and delivery execution. Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, as well as a background in new product development are crucial skills needed for this position. The Consultant will also be tasked with testing the platform to ensure the requirements were me.
