What You'll Do- Collaborate with our talented engineering teams to develop innovative software solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers
- Explore new technologies and techniques to continually enhance our products and processes
- Contribute to an inclusive and collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and growth
- Gain knowledge and practical understanding of fundamental Workiva technical standards and methods
- Applying professional principles, techniques, and procedures in own area of discipline; begins to take ownership of assigned activities
What You'll NeedPreferred Qualifications- 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, always seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills
Travel Requirements and Working Conditions- Willingness to travel up to 15% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangements

How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $83,000.00 - $135,000.00
A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
