Full-Stack Software Engineer IV (.NET/Angular)

Our client is seeking a Senior/Level 4 Full-Stack Software Engineer IV with strong .NET and Angular experience and hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity, secure coding, and vulnerability remediation. The engineer will work across multiple application teams to identify, remediate, document, and complete security-related development work.

Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability remediation across primarily Angular/.NET customer-facing applications.
• Identify and implement security-related code and configuration changes.
• Update applications to meet established cybersecurity and coding standards.
• Document all changes and remediation work.
• Work directly with application teams and participate in daily standups.
• Take ownership of assigned mini-projects and drive them through completion.
• Transition between teams/applications as remediation projects are completed.
• Quickly learn each application's purpose, architecture, and existing technology before making changes.
• Follow established development, testing, and deployment processes.

Required / Key Skills

• Seven (7) years of experience
• Strong .NET software development experience.
• Angular - required.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability remediation and/or secure software development.
• Experience securing APIs and application code.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to work within CI/CD development environments.
• GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jira experience.
• Strong ability to quickly learn unfamiliar applications and technology environments.

Preferred Skills

• React experience.
• Experience with regulated or highly secure industries.
• Banking/financial services experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with origination or servicing platforms.
• Familiarity with payment APIs, payment processing, or financial transaction integrations.
• Experience with OWASP API Security and CIS Benchmarks.
• Vault experience.
• AWS exposure.
