Title: Marketing and Communications Coordinator
Location: Remote ( CLT, NY, NJ, east coast-preference order)


Role purpose:
This role is intended to be an execution partner who can take day-to-day marketing and communications tasks and run with them independently, helping expand bandwidth across ongoing priorities.

Primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting day-to-day marketing execution across campaigns and initiatives
Drafting and editing content including internal communications, LinkedIn posts, and basic marketing copy
Assisting with website updates and content coordination
Supporting event marketing logistics and materials including pre-event and post-event support
Helping organize and manage marketing workflows, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather content, updates, and approvals
Assisting with creation and formatting of marketing materials such as one-pagers, presentations, and email communications
Supporting social media scheduling, monitoring engagement, and maintaining posting consistency
Tracking basic performance metrics for campaigns and social media efforts
Assisting with vendor coordination for print, signage, and promotional materials
Providing general administrative support related to marketing operations
