We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Mobile Applications, Utilities domain, DevOps practices, and SAFe Agile methodology. Experience in electric, gas, or water utility projects is highly Required.
Location: Allentown, PA ( Remote)
minimum experience required 10 years
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for mobile application initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, developers, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
- Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, process mapping, and business process re-engineering.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
- Work within a SAFe Agile environment supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Program Increment (PI) Planning.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to understand CI/CD pipelines, release management, deployment processes, and production support.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production validation.
- Analyze APIs, integrations, and data flow between mobile applications and backend systems.
- Support mobile application releases on iOS and Android platforms.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in change management, stakeholder communication, and user training.
