Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect / Senior ServiceNow Architect with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, leading CSM implementations, and providing technical architecture guidance across enterprise environments.

Required Skills

12+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow experience.
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation, development, and architecture experience.
Strong experience with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management).
Experience designing and implementing CSM Case Management solutions.
Strong knowledge of Customer Service Workspace / Agent Workspace.
Experience with Customer/Consumer Portals and Service Portal.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, and ServiceNow data models.
Experience leading technical design, architecture discussions, and implementation teams.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, releases, performance optimization, and best practices.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management)
CSA (Certified System Administrator)
CAD (Certified Application Developer)
Experience with ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, or FSM modules.
Experience with enterprise ServiceNow integrations.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience creating technical architecture documents and solution designs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow CSM solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow architectures.
Lead CSM implementations, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and implementation teams.
Review existing implementations and recommend improvements.
Design integrations between ServiceNow CSM and external enterprise systems.
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
Participate in technical discussions with business stakeholders and clients.
Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.
Provide guidance on ServiceNow customization versus out-of-box functionality.
Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation standards.
