Job Title:- SAP CRM Techno-functional Consultant
Location-Tallahassee FL
Need-10+years exp, Remote (Onsite - alternate week, expense paid for travel)
Responsibilities:
-The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM and a passion for delivering innovative solutions
-We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM consultant to lead our client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction
-This role focuses on providing consulting services for SAP CRM applications, analysing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support
-Experience in ABAP interfaces, Webservices, Middleware prefered
-Maintain and enhance CRM middleware, including debugging of queues and BDOCs
-Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms related to SAP CRM
-Participate in integration efforts using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
-Perform debugging and troubleshooting within SAP CRM and connected systems
-Ensure transport requests comply with coding standards and change management procedures
-Prepare technical documentation for developed CRM objects and interfaces
-Support unit and integration testing cycles with thorough issue resolution
-Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of CRM solutions
-Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing with peers
