Role Summary
The Business Intelligence Developer plays a key role in transforming data into clear, reliable insights that support operational and strategic decisions. This position focuses on designing and maintaining reporting solutions that help leaders understand performance, identify trends, and improve processes.
In this role, you will work closely with business and technology partners to turn requirements into dashboards, reports, and analytics that are easy to use and trusted across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Build data models and visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Integrate and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics to support accurate reporting and streamlined processes
• Use Sensei IQ to manage project and portfolio data, create performance reports, and support strategic initiatives
• Partner with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting platforms
• Troubleshoot data issues and continuously improve reporting performance and usability
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field
• 2 and a half or more years of hands on experience administering and developing solutions in Power BI
• Strong experience with data modeling and advanced visualization techniques
• Practical expertise with Microsoft Dynamics for data extraction, integration, reporting, and analysis
• 1 and a half or more years of administrator experience with Sensei IQ for project and portfolio management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
