Oracle HR Functional Consultant (Oracle HCM)
Location: Gatehouse, Falls Church Office, VA
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HR Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS or Oracle Cloud HCM. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting HR modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HR processes
Configure Oracle HRMS / Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as:
Core HR
Payroll
Absence Management
Benefits
Compensation
Talent Management
Perform system setup, configuration, and testing (SIT/UAT)
Support data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities
Work closely with technical teams for customizations and integrations
Provide functional support and resolve production issues
Prepare functional design documents (MD50 / BRD / FDD)
Conduct end-user training and create user manuals
Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS / Oracle Cloud HCM
Strong functional knowledge in HR business processes
Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation
Hands-on experience in configuration and setups
Good understanding of Fast Formulas (preferred)
Experience with integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, APIs)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
Oracle Cloud HCM certification
Experience in global HR implementations
Knowledge of payroll statutory compliance
Exposure to reporting tools (OTBI / BI Publisher)
