Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret business requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across the project lifecycle and recommend solutions

• Document business processes, workflows, and system integrations clearly and accurately

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Provide support for application, integration, and infrastructure-related queries

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within AMS (Application Management Services) environments

Mandatory Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integration basics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven experience in the BFSI sector

• Experience in AMS (Application Management Services)

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Cloud technologies

• Experience in Data management and analytics

• Knowledge of Application Support and Infrastructure management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 5–7 years of consulting or technology advisory experience

• Demonstrated success delivering projects within the BFSI domain
