Role : IBM Security Identity Manager

Location : Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX

We are looking for a skilled IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in automating identity management workflows using IBM ISIM and will collaborate with client teams to implement, configure, and enhance identity governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows and scripts within IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM).

• Configure and customize ISIM components to align with organizational and security needs.

• Integrate ISIM with various enterprise platforms and business applications.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ISIM automation and identity lifecycle management.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of identity management solutions.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and automation processes.

• Ensure all implementations adhere to security policies, standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 5 years of practical experience in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) automation.

• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles such as provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java, or similar for ISIM automation.

• Experience working with LDAP, Active Directory, and integration with HR or ERP systems.

• Good understanding of IT security standards and compliance frameworks.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence (IGI) or similar IAM tools.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and web services integration.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for automation and deployment.
