Job Title: Lead Java Full Stack Engineer

Pay Range: $57.00hr - $62.00hr
Job Overview:
The organization is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who can build Java-based services and modern frontend applications. The successful candidate will lead features end-to-end and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Areas:
- Must Have Skills Java Full Stack Developer.
- 10+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Apache Camel, and Spring AI.
- 8+ years of experience in Next.js, React, and Vue.
- 7+ years of experience in API and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional expertise in building Java-based, scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant microservices and knowledge of distributed systems.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted code-generation tools, including Copilot and Cursor.
- Strong AWS experience, including hands-on work with core cloud services; AWS Solutions Architect certification is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks, such as Next.js, Nuxt.js, React, Vue, Astro, or Svelte.
- Strong API development skills, including REST, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures and generating Swagger.
- Observability expertise using tools like Splunk or Dynatrace, with a solid understanding of metrics, logs, and distributed tracing and auditing.
- Containerization and orchestration experience, especially with ECS, Fargate, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
- Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock or similar AI/ML service integrations.
Key Technical Skills:
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Apache Camel, Spring AI.
- Frontend: Next.js, Nuxt.js, React, Vue, Astro, Svelte.
- Cloud: AWS (ECS, Fargate, Bedrock, IAM, VPC, serverless components).
- APIs: REST, GraphQL, event-driven messaging.
- Observability: Splunk, Dynatrace.
- Other: Microservices architecture, distributed systems, AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AWS.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification.
- Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose.
