Job Title: Data & AI Engineer (SAS Modernization)
Work Location: Remote

Long Term Contract

Our client is seeking a Data & AI Engineer (SAS Modernization) to design and deliver cloud-native data and AI solutions as part of a large-scale SAS modernization initiative on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

Design and develop data and AI solutions supporting SAS modernization efforts
Build and integrate LLM-based solutions using Gemini and Vertex AI
Develop scalable data pipelines and workflows on Google Cloud Platform
Work with BigQuery and Cloud Storage (GCS) for data processing and management
Containerize applications and workflows using Docker
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-native architectures

Requirements ::

Strong Python expertise (must-have)
Hands-on experience with LLM systems (Gemini, Vertex AI)
Solid Google Cloud Platform experience including BigQuery, GCS, and cloud architecture
Proficiency in SQL and data engineering concepts
Experience with Docker and containerized environments
Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
