Summary

Sr. ERP OCM Lead

Top Consulting is seeking a seasoned Sr. OCM Lead to spearhead the change management initiatives associated with the clients implementation and adoption of Plex solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational change management, with a focus on ERP systems, particularly Plex Systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of driving successful change management programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for Plex Systems or similar ERP implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and execute a detailed communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed about the project status, benefits, and impacts, using various channels and mediums.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure users are well-prepared and confident in using Plex or ERP  solutions. Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and facilitate hands-on training sessions.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to understand the scope and scale of changes, identifying potential resistance points and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and drive user adoption of Plex System solutions, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve the change management approach.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to project teams, leaders, and end-users to ensure smooth transition and sustained adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to change management activities, user adoption, and overall project success.
  • Work closely with project managers, IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of change management activities with overall project plans.
  • Identify change-related risks and issues, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in using Plex Systems and/or other related technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in organizational change management, with at least 3 years focused on ERP implementations.
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing/retail industry.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
  • Prosci or similar change management certification is preferred.
