Oracle Cloud Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our consulting sales process across multiple Oracle SaaS pillars (ERP, SCM, CX). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the Delivery and sales process, crafting compelling win themes, and engaging with C-level executives to establish trust and become a valued advisor.
This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle's SaaS offerings, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in consultative sales with deep content expertise. You will provide strategic direction and executive delivery oversight for clients, and drive business with clients to achieve revenue growth, profitability and continuing customer satisfaction. You will be the executive point of contact for Programs being run at clients, and responsible for client satisfaction, based on overall delivery milestones.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's Degree required in business management or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience within the Oracle SaaS ecosystem ((ERP, SCM, CX).Strong understanding of Oracle's SaaS offerings and the ability to articulate their value proposition effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive business results
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering Oracle solutions and growing revenue within a major account
- Experience operating at CXO level, and ability to demonstrate excellent client relationships
- Excellent client engagement able to empathize with and respond to the needs of stakeholders
