Job Description-

  • We are seeking a Consulting Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) to lead the modernization and cloud transformation of a critical enterprise application portfolio.
  • The current legacy ASP/.NET-based application supports approximately 180+ facilities and is being expanded to support over 2,000+ additional PSC facilities. To meet the increased scale, performance, security, and operational requirements, the application must be re-architected and rewritten as a cloud-native solution leveraging modern technologies and Google Cloud Platform services.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience modernizing legacy applications, designing scalable cloud-ready architectures, developing APIs and microservices, and building highly available enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing legacy ASP/.NET applications and participate in defining modernization and migration strategies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C#/.NET Core/.NET 8+.
  • Re-architect monolithic applications into modern, cloud-native solutions capable of supporting thousands of facilities and users.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
  • Build and enhance modern, responsive user interfaces using Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Design and implement scalable data models and optimize database performance using PostgreSQL.
  • Develop and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) leveraging cloud-native services and best practices.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure automation to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
  • Optimize application performance, security, monitoring, and observability for enterprise-scale workloads.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Technical Leads, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software application development.
  • Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework/.NET Core modernization efforts.
  • Experience migrating or modernizing legacy applications to cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
  • Strong experience with Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL database development, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), including:
  • Cloud Run, App Engine, GKE, or similar application-hosting services
  • Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • Pub/Sub, Dataflow, or other integration services
  • Cloud Monitoring, Logging, and Operations Suite
  • IAM, security, and cloud governance best practices
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting healthcare applications and large-scale facility operations.
  • Experience with application modernization, domain-driven design, and microservice architecture patterns.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
  • Familiarity with HL7/FHIR integrations and healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Experience designing highly available, scalable systems supporting thousands of users and facilities.
