What You’ll Do

  • Architect and deploy sophisticated, clean, and highly testable application code utilizing advanced .NET Framework and .NET Core ecosystems.

  • Champion technical specification development and robust architectural designs to ensure long-term platform stability and performance.

  • Drive continuous code optimization through rigorous code reviews, debugging pipelines, and strategic refactoring initiatives.

  • Synthesize operational workflows by authoring comprehensive technical documentation to preserve knowledge and streamline team onboarding.

  • Elevate engineering standards across the department by actively mentoring, guiding, and upskilling junior development team members.

  • Maximize system efficiency and reliability, keeping software design patterns aligned with modern enterprise standards and logistics-sector evolution.

  • Collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional, agile team environments to deliver high-quality features under tight execution timelines.

What You Bring

  • Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise in C# programming across both legacy .NET Framework and modern .NET Core environments; familiarity with C++ or MFC is a distinct advantage.

  • Architecture & Design: Deep comprehension of object-oriented design, multithreaded processing, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming methodologies.

  • Desktop UI Expertise: Exceptional, proven proficiency in building and maintaining sophisticated WinForms applications.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Practical command of Azure cloud ecosystems, specifically leveraging Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Graph API.

  • Database & ORM Supremacy: Expert-level T-SQL development capabilities, including schema design and precise performance tuning, paired with deep Entity Framework (Core and Standard) utilization.

  • Integration Expertise: Comprehensive experience designing and consuming robust RESTful APIs and modern Web Services.

  • Modern Web Fluency (Preferred): Exposure to frontend technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, JQWidgets, TypeScript, and Angular is highly valued.

  • Execution & Leadership: Proven capacity to balance multiple intricate projects concurrently, serving as the ultimate point of escalation for complex architectural challenges.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
