nCino Developer

6 month contract role in Morristown, NJ.  W2 ONLY (No C2C / No Corp to Corp)

The nCino Developer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing nCino capabilities supporting commercial lending workflows. This role requires strong hands-on development experience combined with solid Salesforce administrative skills, including configuration and data management. The position demands a deep understanding of commercial lending processes and how they are implemented within nCino

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enhance nCino functionality supporting commercial lending implementations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across nCino and the Salesforce platform
• Configure and customize nCino features to align with business needs and processes
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for nCino-related functionality
• Stay current with nCino and Salesforce releases, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Create and maintain documentation for nCino processes, configurations, and best practices
• Build and manage declarative automation (Flows, approval processes, assignment rules)

Skills:
• Strong understanding of commercial lending processes and lifecycle
• Deep knowledge of nCino capabilities and functionality
• Solid Salesforce administration expertise (roles, profiles, permissions, sharing model)
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education and experience:
Required: Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in nCino platform in addition to 5 -7years of Salesforce Admin/Dev experience

• nCino Developer Certification
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
Preferred:
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
