• Lead the CTS workstream for an in-flight hospital construction and facility move project, driving planning, milestone execution, and activation readiness.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including project managers, clinical service line members, executive leadership, and external vendors—to meet delivery milestones.
• Track CTS workstream labor costs and report financial performance to the IS Program Lead and key stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain operational readiness and ensure smooth facility activation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for CTS stakeholders, executives, and vendors, maintaining clear communication and consistent alignment.
• Monitor procurement activity, resource allocation, vendor engagement, and task sequencing throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve conflicts, address critical issues, and facilitate timely decision-making to prevent schedule impacts.
• Maintain accurate project data and adhere to workstream, program, and vendor reporting requirements using Gantt charts, MS Planner, and Office tools.
Essential Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management tools including Gantt charts, resource tracking systems, and reporting platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Teams, Planner, and Copilot.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously and coordinate across departments and executive stakeholders.
• Strong vendor management skills, including procurement oversight and contractor coordination.
• Must reside in the greater Seattle, WA area; regular onsite presence required.
Bonus Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Healthcare, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Detail-oriented with experience creating and maintaining complex project documentation, schedules, and program artifacts.
