Summary
Why Open
These resources are being added as part of Deloitte's broader multi-year SAP initiative with Avangrid. Avangrid is maintaining its existing SAP environment while simultaneously preparing for a larger S/4 transformation, creating additional capacity needs across several SAP functions.
The overall program is expected to be a long-term effort, with Deloitte initially bringing resources in to augment the existing environment before the broader transformation progresses.
Mission
Provide senior/lead-level SAP IS-Retail functional expertise within the broader Avangrid SAP initiative, with the ability to independently own work and operate effectively within a complex enterprise SAP environment.
Important Functional Clarification
Retail refers specifically to SAP IS-Retail and is NOT SAP IS-Utilities / IS-U.
These candidates should therefore be sourced separately from the IS-U candidate population.
Deloitte has not yet provided enough detail to narrow the requirement to specific IS-Retail submodules/processes, so we do not want to artificially restrict the candidate pool at this stage.
Must Haves
- Strong hands-on SAP IS-Retail
- Senior Consultant/Lead-level experience
- Deep IS-Retail functional/process knowledge
- Ability to independently own a functional workstream
- Experience working within complex enterprise SAP environments
- Strong requirements/process analysis
- Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving
- Strong client-facing communication
