YSI is seeking a highly qualified Helpdesk Specialist. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors to ensure a timely resolution.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures, such as trouble ticket systems, troubleshooting, active directory, etc.
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines (SOPs) to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under general supervision.
Qualifications: Minimum Education: AA degree (or equivalent). Minimum/General Experience: Four (4) years of experience.
