Sr. Scrum Master

The Scrum Master facilitates Agile processes for teams developing and customizing Salesforce solutions. This role ensures adherence to Scrum principles, removes impediments, and fosters collaboration among developers, administrators, and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation

• Lead Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure the team follows Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Promote self-organization and cross-functionality within the team.
• Team Support & Coaching
• Guide the team in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum roles and responsibilities.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.
• Project Coordination
• Track sprint progress and team performance using tools like Jira or Trello
• Work with Product Owners to maintain and groom the product backlog.
• Help the team navigate roadblocks and external dependencies.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Facilitate communication between Salesforce developers, admins, business analysts, and external stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Prepare and present sprint metrics and progress reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably with Salesforce teams.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC) Nice to have

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
