Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Agile Product Manager with a strong background in banking and financial services. The ideal candidate will balance business, technology, and design priorities while driving product delivery in Agile environments and collaborating with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Product Manager for Agile teams, driving product vision and delivery
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and define user stories
• Collaborate with distributed teams (onshore/offshore) to ensure alignment
• Work closely with stakeholders across business, technology, and design
• Deliver high-quality product and service experiences in banking domain
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth product execution
• Drive product roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as an Agile Product Manager
• Experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM) certification or equivalent
• Experience in banking or financial services domain
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Additional Product Management certifications
• Experience in large-scale Agile/SAFe environments

• 8–10 years of experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working in Agile frameworks
