Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall professional experience
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or similar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable, and traceable requirements
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Experience in business process analysis and process improvement
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience with web-based applications and operational workflows.
