Onsite: New York City, NY

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise business applications, with a primary focus on Workday and other enterprise platforms.
  • Works closely with developers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure applications are stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
  • This position serves as a functional and technical liaison, contributing to system configuration, analysis, testing, and day-to-day application support while helping maintain the integrity and performance of enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear translation of requirements into system solutions.
  • Provide day-to-day application support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Support multiple enterprise applications (including but not limited to Workday ERP modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll).
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Participate in the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, and UAT support) to ensure quality delivery.
  • Analyze system workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Assist in managing inbound tickets and escalations; identify trends and support long-term solutions.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configurations, and user guides.
  • Support audits, compliance efforts, and data integrity initiatives across enterprise systems.
  • Contribute to enterprise application projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
