We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Senior Engineer - Project Manager with CCR and Landfill Experience to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage projects related to solid waste management, landfill, and Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR). The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, extensive experience in project management, and a solid understanding of environmental regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of CCR and landfill projects, including planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and completion.
2. Develop and implement project plans, risk management plans, and project schedules.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project progression and completion within budget and timeline.
4. Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and prepare technical reports.
5. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards related to CCR and landfill.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
8. Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
9. Oversee contract administration, including tendering, negotiation, and contractor selection.
10. Continuously monitor and report on project status to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
2. Minimum seven (7) years of progressively responsible engineering experience, preferably in solid waste management, landfill, or CCR.
3. Proven experience as a Project Manager in an engineering environment.
4. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards related to CCR and landfill.
5. Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and budget.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
8. Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
9. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
10. Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
