Description What You'll Do: - Provide general desktop and end-user support for hardware and software issues. - Respond to and resolve incident and service requests through ticketing systems. - Support MS Office Suite and backend Office environments. - Manage and troubleshoot MS Intune and Active Directory. - Maintain office technology and remote management tools. - Provide Level 1 & Level 2 enterprise support. - Edit and maintain documentation related to applications and hardware environments. -
