Role Overview

Seeking an experienced SAP EH&S Consultant with strong S/4HANA expertise to lead integrated system design, focusing on environmental liability and disposal processes. Experience in commercial or federal environments required.

Must-Have Experience

A&D / discrete manufacturing background
Value Stream Lead on US S/4HANA global template deployment with US localization
Strong SAP configuration and deployment experience
Full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations (2019 or later) – minimum 3
Global template rollout and localization experience
5+ years SAP consulting and hands-on configuration experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design and system integration for EH&S
Configure SAP tables and functional components
Facilitate Explore workshops and gather requirements
Review and align integrated system design
Provide functional specs for developments
Support planning, testing, and deployment
Identify functional gaps and recommend solutions
Guide training and knowledge transfer
Mentor junior analysts

Additional Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to lead discussions and drive consensus
Familiarity with SAP Roadmap and target-state planning
Willingness to travel if required
