Systems Administrator (GitHub.com administration)

Job Description:
Systems Administrator / Operations role This is strictly a pragmatic systems and IT administration profile not a Software Engineer and not deep Linux kernel development tailored for candidates who are comfortable working with computer systems, cloud consoles, and executing runbook-driven procedures.
The work entails managing high-volume daily ticket queues, running and monitoring internal repair tooling, executing queries, clearing operational backlogs. Additionally, managing escalated issues, overseeing infrastructure health, and maintaining standard operating procedures.
Strong foundational computer systems knowledge, familiarity with command-line environments. Prior experience with GitHub.com administration (organization settings, repository configurations, and permissions) is a strong plus, as is a background in operational troubleshooting. Terraform experience is also a plus.
