"I Can Succeed as a Product Strategy Summer Associate" Product Strategy at Capital Group is a team that designs, evaluates, prioritizes, and launches new investment products and strategies. As a Summer Associate, you'll support product roadmaps through quantitative and qualitative research, build market and competitor insights, contribute to product plans and launch materials.
As a Product Strategy Summer Associate, you will perform one or more of the following tasks: - Conduct industry scans, competitor analysis, and asset/sales flow reviews to inform long-term product strategy and roadmaps.
- Develop insights into markets, investor needs, and distribution channels to shape new product ideas and bespoke client solutions.
- Assist Product Leads/Specialists with product plans, business cases, demand assessments, and internal analyses.
- Contribute to launch plans and support initiatives across product lines (e.g., mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs)
- Help form and oversee separate accounts to meet client objectives (in partnership with internal stakeholders).

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
