Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Enterprise Architect with 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, ERP strategy, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing enterprise-wide ERP ecosystems, integration architecture, business process optimization, and cloud-enabled ERP solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business and technology teams to define scalable, secure, and future-ready ERP architectures.

Note: This role is not focused on SAP ERP or Oracle ERP experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise ERP architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ERP architecture solutions.
• Lead ERP modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop enterprise architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into architectural solutions.
• Design enterprise integration architecture using APIs, middleware, messaging, and microservices.
• Define ERP data architecture, master data strategy, and system interoperability.
• Lead cloud adoption initiatives for enterprise applications.
• Create technology roadmaps and future-state architecture.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Mentor solution architects and technical teams throughout project delivery.
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure scalability, security, availability, and performance across ERP ecosystems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise ERP architecture.
• Strong knowledge of ERP strategy, governance, and business process transformation.
• Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
• API Architecture, Middleware, and Integration Platforms.
• Microservices Architecture.
• Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Data Architecture and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred).
• Business Process Modeling.
• Solution Architecture.
• Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide architecture initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF Certification preferred.
• Experience with cloud-native enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of modern enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
