Summary

Position: Lead QA
Location: Michigan, Waco TX, Indianapolis Indiana, Lumberton, New Jersey (Travel Required)
Duration: 6-12 Months contract
Travel: 3 weeks/Month travel required in above locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution across projects.
  • Possess knowledge of installation processes and deployment of the latest builds.
  • Work as a techno-functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Analyze business requirements, data flows, and system functionality to ensure proper testing coverage.
  • Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage issue analysis, log review, defect tracking, and release validation.
  • Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and clients to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure data integrity and validation across multiple systems using SQL.
  • Support UAT cycles and provide guidance to business users during testing.
  • Provide status updates, reports, and quality metrics to management and stakeholders.
  • Travel to client locations for project coordination, testing support, and stakeholder meetings.
