The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software design, application development, system architecture, and building scalable enterprise solutions. Experience & Compensation:
Mid-Level Software Engineer
• 5–7+ years of experience
• Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 per annum
Senior Software Engineer
• 7–10/11+ years of experience
• Salary: $120,000 – $150,000+ per annum
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in software development/engineering
• Strong programming experience in one or more languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Node.js, or related technologies
• Experience with modern frameworks and technologies
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices architecture
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience designing scalable enterprise applications
• Relevant certifications are a plus
Responsibilities:
