Global Technical Evangelism and Influence Building

Develop international open source evangelism strategies and conduct technical outreach through a hybrid of online and offline channels. Online, lead content creation and engagement on global developer platforms such as GitHub, Slack, and Discord. Offline, participate in top-tier international Data + AI and open source conferences, delivering talks, workshops, and project demos to share core product capabilities, best practices, and success stories, enhancing brand awareness and influence in the global Data + AI space.

Technical Content Creation and Knowledge Accumulation

Produce multilingual (primarily English) scenario analyses, technical articles, white papers, and case studies tailored to different audiences. Create technical demo videos and step-by-step hands-on guides to lower the adoption barrier for developers and accelerate technology uptake.

Industry Insights and Strategy Optimization

Continuously track global trends, competitor dynamics, and community governance in the Data + AI open source ecosystem. Analyze benchmark industry practices and iterate evangelism strategies and content directions to ensure forward-looking and competitive positioning.

Open Source Community Operations and Ecosystem Co-Building

Actively operate and engage with global open source communities, maintaining high-frequency interactions with developers and contributors. Respond promptly to technical questions, collect feedback, and foster a positive, collaborative community culture. Drive contributor enablement programs in collaboration with R&D and community operations teams, promoting sustainable expansion in both the quantity and quality of community contributors and driving the sustainable development of the community ecosystem.

Cross-Team Collaboration and Feedback Loop Closure

Work closely with product and R&D teams to relay community pain points, technical requirements, and industry trends, providing input for product iteration and optimization. Collaborate with marketing and international business teams to deliver expert-level technical support to global customers, participate in refining customer solutions, and contribute to the implementation of open source products and customer success.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields; 3+ years of experience in open source evangelism, technical advocacy, community operations, or R&D within the Data + AI domain.

Deep expertise in the Data + AI technology stack, with strong understanding of open source technologies and products related to DB for AI, vector databases, and data governance (e.g., Elasticsearch, Databricks, Milvus, TensorFlow/PyTorch), along with hands-on project development or deployment experience.

Fluent English with native-level written and oral communication skills, capable of delivering international conference talks, writing technical content, and engaging in cross-cultural communication seamlessly.

Familiarity with global open source ecosystems and community governance; experience operating communities on GitHub, Slack, Discord, or being a contributor/core member of well-known database or Data + AI open source projects is a plus.

Outstanding presentation and communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible content for diverse audiences (developers, decision-makers, and business stakeholders), delivering engaging and impactful technical talks.

Strong passion for and understanding of open source culture; enthusiasm for engaging with developers; excellent empathy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly to community needs and drive closure.

Strong content creation capabilities, with the ability to independently plan and produce industry and scenario research, technical articles, tutorials, and white papers with clear structure and high professionalism.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, enabling effective coordination with product, R&D, marketing, and business teams to align evangelism efforts with business objectives.

Prior speaking experience at large international technical conferences, a high-traffic personal technical blog, or proven success in open source evangelism initiatives is a plus.", "salary_raw": "Row(double=None, string=None)"}
