• Hiring Manager Notes: Looking for a Salesforce Lead- someone who has experience leading a team and overseeing.
• Proactive leadership, communication, development.
• 10 years of experience minimum. Overseeing resources, overseeing some onshore counterparts, and offshore consultants
• Need to interact in a multi team structure
• 20-25% coding
• Looking for someone who can find the root causes, it is currently taking days to figure out what their problem is.
• Hands on experience, and then moved into a leadership type or role for 1-2 years.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience) with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, declarative development tools, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, sharing rules, REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, Service Cloud, and enterprise application integration using modern development practices.
• Experience developing scalable Salesforce solutions within Agile environments, with proficiency using Jira, source control, testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, ReactJS, Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), cloud technologies including AWS and S3, and experience troubleshooting complex cross-platform application issues.
• Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, influence technical decisions, and partner effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
