Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Camunda Workflow, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI-driven software development practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade full-stack applications and should actively leverage AI throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and delivery.
This role requires strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot, combined with modern frontend development using React.js and workflow automation using Camunda.
Required Qualifications
- 8 10 years of Full Stack Java development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and enterprise application development.
- Strong expertise in React.js for modern frontend development.
- Camunda Workflow experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and EKS.
- Experience with Docker containerization.
- Experience with Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience working with AI throughout the SDLC, including AI-assisted development, code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, and productivity improvements.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and cloud-native development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Full Stack Java applications.
- Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js.
- Develop backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Implement and maintain Camunda Workflow solutions for business process automation.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs with enterprise applications.
- Build and deploy applications on AWS Cloud, utilizing EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and EKS.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools throughout the SDLC to improve code quality, testing, documentation, debugging, and developer productivity.
- Collaborate with business, product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design activities.
