Summary

Job Summary:
o The Senior Data Engineer will lead advanced analytics initiatives and develop scalable BI and forecasting solutions to support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and maintain analytics, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations following best practices.
o Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
o Define and analyze performance metrics for existing and new initiatives, including experimentation and A/B testing.
o Integrate and manage data from multiple internal and external sources to build comprehensive reporting solutions.
o Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
o Apply analytical and quantitative methods to solve complex business problems and identify meaningful patterns in large datasets.
o Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions and operational improvements.

Required Skills & Experience: o 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
o 2+ years of experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
o Proficiency in SQL and experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
o Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
o Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages.
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
o Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
o Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
