AI Automation Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer with AI expertise to design, develop, and scale intelligent automation solutions. This role combines traditional automation engineering with modern AI/ML capabilities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, mobile, and enterprise applications
• Integrate AI/ML models into automation workflows (e.g., predictive analysis, anomaly detection, intelligent test generation)
• Develop intelligent test automation using AI-driven tools (self-healing scripts, visual testing, NLP-based testing)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Data Science, QA, Product) to implement automation strategies
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and AI-based quality gates
• Use AI techniques to enhance:
o Test case generation
o Defect prediction
o Root cause analysis
o Test optimization
• Evaluate and implement tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, PyTest, and AI tools such as Testim, Applitools, Functionize, etc.
• Develop scripts using Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve automation coverage
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices in automation and AI adoption
