.Net Software Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a .Net Software Engineer to join their team in Jacksonville, FL. The manager is open to remote. This is a great position for a highly motivated self-starter that excels in fast paced environments, enjoys an agile environment, and brings a collaborative, team-oriented approach to software development!

Duties:
* Working on payments platform, working on a web service and there are different instruction sets that connect to various processors
* Maintenance and altering the webservice and migrating it into cloud services

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related area
* 3-5+ years with a minimum 2 years of programming experience in financial services or a related industry
* A seasoned developer, someone who has experience in .Net (hard requirement); C++ knowledge is a bonus, this makes up a good part of their portfolio
* Cloud and AWS database experience
* Experience working with GitHub
* Fintech/payments platform experience is a must
* Strong SQL skills - knows how to write and troubleshoot SQL statements
* Payments industry is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
