Job Description:
As a Subject Matter Expert in Support & Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalated incidents while adhering to quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Your expertise in Oracle Administration and PostgreSQL will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will also mentor team members and facilitate effective communication with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Incidents By Performing In-Depth Analyses Using Oracle Administration And Postgresql Tools, Adhering To The Agreed Slas.
2. Mentor Team Members And Create Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) That Document Processes And Best Practices In Oracle And Postgresql Administration, Ensuring Knowledge Sharing Across The Team.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Human Error Compliance, Utilizing Postgresql And Oracle Administration Skills To Participate In Capacity Planning Discussions And Activities.
4. Engage Actively In Customer Meetings To Gather Feedback And Address Issues, Leveraging Your Expertise In Oracle And Postgresql To Enhance Customer Satisfaction And Build Strong Relationships.
5. Conduct Thorough Analyses, Including Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, Using Oracle And Postgresql Data To Generate Reports That Facilitate Performance Improvements, Presenting Insights To Key Business Stakeholders.

Skill Requirements
1. Strong Expertise In Oracle Administration And Postgresql.
2. Proficiency In Mysql And Ms Sql Administration.
3. Solid Understanding Of Service Level Agreements (Slas) And Quality Compliance Metrics.
4. Ability To Conduct Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis.
5. Excellent Communication Skills For Stakeholder Engagement And Mentoring.

Certification
1. Oracle Certification (Optional But Valuable).
2. Postgresql Certification (Optional But Valuable).
