Full Stack Engineer

Overview:

• We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable full-stack applications in a fast-paced product environment.
• The ideal candidate will have strong React experience along with backend expertise in C#/.NET, Node.js, or Go, and hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, databases, messaging platforms, and modern deployment technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and modern backend technologies.

• Build scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Develop backend services using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Node.js, or Go.

• Design and optimize data solutions using MySQL and PostgreSQL.

• Build event-driven architectures using Kafka and RabbitMQ.

• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and system design initiatives.

• Develop solutions for complex business workflows, payroll systems, and financial transaction processing.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across distributed systems.

• Deploy and maintain applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Evaluate and leverage AI technologies, tools, and development practices to improve engineering productivity and platform capabilities.

• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Take end-to-end ownership of technical deliverables and independently design, build, deploy, and support applications.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with React.

• Strong backend development experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, Node.js, or Go.

• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles.

• Experience working across both frontend and backend applications.

• Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.

• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.

• Experience designing scalable and distributed systems.

• Experience troubleshooting production systems and resolving complex technical issues.

• Ability to independently design, build, deploy, and support applications.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions, architecture choices, implementation details, and design tradeoffs.

• Demonstrated ownership of projects and technical deliverables.

• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

• Ability to clearly explain personal technical contributions, architecture decisions, challenges, tradeoffs, and business impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of software engineering experience.

• Experience in Payroll, Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or other transaction-processing environments.

• Experience building large-scale enterprise applications.

• Experience designing highly scalable distributed systems.

• Experience working with AI tools, LLMs, AI Agents, or AI-enabled software development.

• Experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments.

• Experience working in fast-paced, product-focused organizations.
