Mandatory Skillset: Enterprise Architecture, TRM, TPM, DIM

Responsibilities:

Preliminary design of the TS process can be addressed via TRM and extended via a scoped application and CMDB. Solution to be finalized, pending completion of the initial discovery period. Evaluation of current ServiceNow out of the box capabilities and future roadmap considerations will also determine the final solution, aligning to the principals of OOTB platform capability vs. customization wherever possible.

SERVICENOW RESPONSIBILITIES:

NATIVE TS SYSTEM MIGRATION:

•  Architecture & Design – Data model, 11 workflow integrations, parallel execution logic, Federal compatibility

•  11 Native Governance Workflows:

  O  TDA (Technology Design Authority)

  O  AI-RB (AI Review Board) with AI-For and AI GRC Legal

  O  SaaS Governance

  O  Cloud Governance

  O  ILG (Information Lifecycle Governance)

  O  SRO (Security Review Office)

  O  Legal Review

  O  Privacy Review

  O  HR Review

  O  Extended Teams Coordination

  O  Finance/Procurement Reviews

•  Samplify Integration – API integration, rationalization sync, TRM tagging

•  TS Automation – Admin automation, aging detection, escalations, governance controls

• Legacy Transition – ID mapping table, data migration, dual-run, sunset procedures

TRM ENHANCEMENTS:

•  Software Bundles – Parent-child model, governance inheritance, catalog requests

•  Version Blocking – CVE response, Tenable integration, Company Portal removal

•  Environment Approvals – Dev→Test→UAT→Prod progression, 999 CI limit

•  Environment Mapping – Labs/EUSP/Manufacturing/Prod, SBOM integration

•  Hierarchical Access – L2/L3 simplification, isAllowedToRequest() logic

•  Buyer Routing – Buyer group field, PO approval routing, Buyer Dashboard

TPM IMPLEMENTATION

•  Schedule the Populate TPM Discovered Technologies and Lifecycles scheduled job

•  Note: Dependency on SAM Pro /HAM Pro content service and ITOM Service Mapping

PORTAL & REQUEST FLOW:

•  Request flow simplification with embedded TS governance

•  Financial routing and data capture

WORKFLOW MONITORING:

•  Stuck/Aging/SLA dashboards

•  3-level escalation with comprehensive notification matrix

SBOM INTEGRATION & DRIFT DETECTION:

•  CSDM Data Model & Hierarchy (ITOM and SAM Dependency)

•  SBOM Tools Integration

•  Drift Detection

DIGITAL INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT (DETERMINE DURING WORKSHOPS IF REQUIRED TO SUPPORT API SCOPE)

•  Configure Digital Integration and Interface attributes

•  Configure Digital Integration and Interface process workflows
