· Strong SQL skills. Experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse, including data validation and reconciliation.
· Sound judgment on build, configure, or buy decisions for ERP, warehouse, field operations, and integration platforms.
· Ability to lead developers on a lean team: prioritize, delegate, mentor, and hold a quality bar while still writing code.
· Strong software engineering fundamentals, including Git workflows, automated testing, code review, secure coding practices (OWASP), and application observability.
· Working knowledge of Agile delivery (backlog, sprint planning, retrospectives) and the discipline to adapt the approach to the size of the work.

· Excellent written and verbal communication, including explaining technical trade-offs to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
· Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently and stay productive in a fully remote setting.
