Job Description:
Seeking an experienced MES Program Manager with 8–10 years of experience managing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementations, preferably using Siemens Camstar/Siemens Opcenter. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end MES programs, manage cross-functional teams, oversee project execution, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Experience in manufacturing environments and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage end-to-end MES program lifecycle from initiation to closure.

·       Lead MES implementation projects, preferably using Siemens Camstar/Siemens Opcenter.

·       Define project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource plans.

·       Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors.

·       Monitor project risks, dependencies, and critical path activities.

·       Manage resource allocation and workforce planning.

·       Ensure project quality by following standard project management methodologies.

·       Prepare status reports and communicate progress to leadership.

·       Conduct project post-mortems and implement lessons learned.

·       Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing.

·       Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, including ISA-95.
