Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React, Next.js, and Headless CMS (Contentful preferred) to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working across modern frontend architectures, integrating CMS platforms, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js
• Build and maintain headless CMS integrations (Contentful preferred)
• Develop reusable UI components and optimize for performance and accessibility
• Implement SSR/SSG strategies using Next.js for improved SEO and performance
• Integrate APIs and data sources using GraphQL and REST
• Optimize application performance, caching strategies, and data fetching
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces
• Work closely with backend teams to define and consume APIs
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React.js, including hooks, context, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR)
• Experience with Headless CMS platforms (Contentful preferred)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs
• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
• Experience with data caching strategies and performance tuning
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress (headless or traditional)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Micro-frontend architecture
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries
