Job Title: Marketing Manager (Marketing Governance & Compliance)

Location: Remote

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field with 8–12 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Marketing Governance, or related functions.
  • Strong experience managing multi-channel marketing operations including Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Outbound Calling, and Digital Marketing channels.
  • Proven expertise in marketing compliance and regulatory requirements, including TCPA, Do Not Call (DNC), CAN-SPAM, consent management, and customer communication preferences.
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation Platforms, CRM systems, Customer Journey Orchestration tools, and MarTech ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of campaign attribution, marketing analytics, customer journey tracking, and KPI measurement.
  • Experience defining and implementing marketing governance frameworks, operating standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, Compliance, and Vendor partners.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing training materials, conducting workshops, and driving organizational adoption of new processes and standards.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage ambiguity, and build scalable operational frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage enterprise-wide marketing channel governance, including permissions, consent management, and opt-out strategies across Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Outbound Calling, and emerging communication channels.
  • Establish marketing channel standards, best practices, compliance guidelines, KPIs, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure regulatory adherence and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Analytics teams to design and implement scalable marketing communication processes and governance models.
  • Lead the integration of new marketing channels, vendors, and technologies by defining API standards, data requirements, feedback loops, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Monitor and operationalize compliance with TCPA, DNC, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable marketing regulations while managing policy updates and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence and Analytics teams to enhance campaign taxonomy, customer journey tracking, attribution models, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain marketing performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes to measure channel effectiveness, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Create and deliver training programs, documentation, and governance materials to ensure consistent adoption of marketing standards and operational procedures.
