Job Title: Niche Support Personnel - AML Compliance Analyst Basic (1-3 years)

Duration: Contract - 6 months
Pay Range: $28-30/hr (W2)

Job Description
We are seeking an AML Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AML risk standards, alert quality review, and case documentation and a proven ability to make risk-based determinations on alert disposition accuracy and data completeness.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret AML risk standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures to inform quality reviews.
- Conduct Quality Analysis to determine whether compliance alerts were properly cleared by Alerts Analysts.
- Validate accuracy and completeness of alert data and case documentation, including investigations, SARs, CTRs, KYC, account and transaction data, and other information supporting investigations.
- Summarize findings, document rationales, and escalate issues or gaps in accordance with procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of AML frameworks and regulatory obligations, including SAR and CTR requirements and KYC standards.
- Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills with the ability to analyze large data sets.
- Clear written communication with precise documentation and evidence-based conclusions.
- 1-3 years of relevant AML, financial crimes, or compliance experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience performing alert quality assurance or quality control in a financial institution.
- Familiarity with case management and transaction monitoring systems.
Hiring Details
- Interviews: June 18-23 (adjusted for the June 19 holiday).
- Offer target date: June 25.
- Start date: July 10.
